By accessing the dtv99 platform, completing registration, or using any service, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Definitions and Applicability

The following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined below:

  • "Platform" — The dtv99.cam website and all related services.
  • "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on the platform.
  • "Service" — Casino games, sports betting, slots, and other entertainment activities available on the platform.
  • "Account Balance" — The total amount of funds currently held in a member's account.
  • "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided as a promotional offer.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and have been written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Membership and Age Requirement

Membership on the dtv99 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Each person may open only one account.
  • Opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same device within a household is prohibited.
  • No person may operate an account on behalf of another person.

At the time of registration or at any point thereafter, dtv99 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport as proof of age verification. Failure to provide proof may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Important: If an underage account is identified, all deposits, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration

Members must provide accurate and complete information to complete the registration process. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the permanent closure of the account.

  • The name provided at registration must exactly match the name on the bank account or mobile banking account.
  • Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address.
  • If identity verification (KYC) is not completed after registration, withdrawal access may be limited.
  • To make changes to account information, members must contact the support team.

4 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to ensure the security of their account. The following must be strictly followed:

  • Keep your password sufficiently strong and change it regularly.
  • Never share your login details with anyone else.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorised access, notify support immediately.
  • Avoid logging in from public computers or unsecured networks.

The member is responsible for all activities carried out from devices or networks linked to their account. dtv99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

dtv99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be processed to an account registered in the member's name.
  • Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

If any technical issue occurs during a deposit or withdrawal, notify the support team immediately. Intentional duplicate transactions or filing a dispute with a bank may result in the account being placed under investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

dtv99 regularly offers promotional offers. The welcome bonus currently available:

  • 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
  • Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (deposit + bonus).
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless specifically permitted.
  • A minimum bet amount when using bonus funds may apply.

dtv99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion. If bonus fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on the platform:

  • Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the interface.
  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Abnormal results caused by a technical error may be declared void.
  • In sports betting, results are determined according to officially announced sources.
  • If any game or event is incomplete, action will be taken in accordance with dtv99's set policy.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if identified, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to extract risk-free profit by abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
  • Intentionally exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities.
  • Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
  • Using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's account.

If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, all funds, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited and the relevant authorities may be notified.

9 Responsible Gaming

dtv99 believes that betting and casino games are purely a form of entertainment. We encourage our members to play responsibly.

  • Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • If needed, an account can be placed under a temporary self-exclusion.
  • If signs of gambling addiction or loss of control appear, contact support immediately.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

dtv99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing incorrect information.
  • Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
  • If the member themselves applies to close the account without a prior request.

Before an account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance, unless funds are forfeited due to fraud.

11 Privacy

dtv99 is committed to protecting the personal information of its members. We use SSL encryption to store all data securely.

  • Personal information is used for service improvement and legal purposes.
  • Information is not sold or transferred to third parties except where legally required.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the dtv99 platform — designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive property of dtv99.

  • Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without written permission is prohibited.
  • Content may be viewed for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • Game software is the property of the respective providers and is governed by their licence terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

dtv99 is not liable for the following:

  • Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical reasons.
  • Unauthorised access to an account due to a member's negligence or sharing of their password.
  • Delays or losses arising from a third-party payment provider.
  • Unforeseen market changes or errors by a game provider.

dtv99's total liability will never exceed the total amount of deposits received from the member.

14 Amendment of Terms

dtv99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

  • Notice will be given via email or the platform in the event of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
  • The latest version will always be available on this page.
